Direct repair

The term direct repair refers to a method of damage compensation in which no monetary payment is made; instead, there is a commitment to restore the damaged property. In other words, the loss is remedied through the repair or replacement of the damaged item rather than through the payment of a sum of money.

How AG operates in direct repair:

Restoration of the asset: AG arranges for the damaged item to be repaired directly through an authorized partner facility. In this case, the damage is remedied through a direct repair of the asset.
Replacement of the asset: In addition to repair, in some cases it is possible to opt for the replacement of the damaged item with a new one, rather than receiving financial compensation.

Customer convenience: the customer does not need to look for a service provider.
