AG Srl operates through the following activities:

    1. Immediate Support: in the event of a disaster or emergency, AG activates rapid assistance mechanisms by deploying teams of experts to assess damages. Speed in processing claims is crucial to provide timely support to clients.
    2. Technological Innovation and Communication: the use of advanced technologies—such as drones for damage assessment, apps for claims management, and online platforms—is increasingly employed to enhance responsiveness and communication with clients.
    3. Crisis Management: leveraging years of experience, AG is capable of handling high-pressure situations involving a large volume of requests and significant demands on resources. This requires effective crisis management, ensuring prompt assistance and clear, transparent communication.

AG srl collaborated with CINEAS for the assessment of the appropriateness of damage reimbursement claims following the Abruzzo earthquake on April 6, 2009, as per the Ordinance of the Italian Prime Minister’s Office No. 3803 dated 15.08.2009.

In the event of extraordinary events or natural disasters, AG srl is organized to respond promptly on-site with a dedicated team of specialists. This team ensures a continuous presence in the affected areas, high technical expertise, and professional support proportionate to the severity of the situation.

At an administrative level, a dedicated priority channel is also activated for emergency management, providing rapid responses to requests and ensuring an efficient and timely service for clients.

Triveneto Severely Affected by Severe Weather – October/November 2018

We were there.

The exceptional atmospheric disturbance on October 28–29, 2018, with wind gusts exceeding 200 km/h and persistent rainfall, impacted the entire Belluno area and other regions, particularly mountainous areas, in Veneto.

The wind was classified as a Force 4 hurricane and caused the uprooting of millions of trees, resulting in the destruction of tens of thousands of hectares of Alpine forest.

AG promptly intervened in the affected areas with a dedicated team of technicians and established a permanent on-site presence to support local communities, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients.

Romagna: Insurance experts Respond to the Flood Disaster

Immediately after the peak of the flood, a team of surveyors deployed from Mogliano to Romagna to conduct insurance assessments and evaluate the extensive damage caused by the exceptional rainfall that hit the region last May.

The team, comprising around 10 professionals, operated across the provinces of Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, and Rimini, supported by a fully equipped mobile office to ensure efficient coordination and management of all activities.

Hundreds of damages were assessed, including those to businesses, production facilities, and homes, totaling several million euros, highlighting the severe devastation that such an extreme weather event can cause.
